N. Sra. Consolata

Presentation

Montfort Cultural Association is a catholic-oriented civil entity which aims, among other goals, to spread out the traditional teaching of the Church, and the culture raised from western Christian civilization on its multiple facets, such as Theology, Philosophy, Art, etc.

Montfort was founded in 1983, from the gathering of some Catholic laypeople of many different intellectual and professional formations, willing to go deep in their studies about the doctrine of the Holy Church, to live according to the Catholic morals and to defend Church from its enemies, specially the Modernism and the Liberalism.

Montfort Cultural Association is headed by Professor Orlando Fedeli, doctor of History by the University of São Paulo, who dedicates his time to the study of the philosophical and historical origins of the contemporary crisis.

In our Association, among its contributors, there are many other University professors and professionals from many different areas, such as History, Mathematics, Law, Engineering, Economy, Physics, Biology, Journalism, Computer Science, etc. We regularly promote free courses and lectures in our headquarters about many themes of catholic interest, open to any interested person, and which always count with an expressive number of university and high-school students.
